Sun Mountain Lodge offers lodge guestrooms with views of the North Cascades or Methow Valley. Patterson Lake Cabins feature one-bedroom cabins with full kitchens, gas fireplaces, queen beds, and queen wall beds. Loft Suites include two bedrooms, 1 3/4 baths, full kitchens, dining and living areas, and verandahs for up to five guests. Two Grande Suites accommodate up to eight or eleven people. Some rooms include jetted bathtubs and locally crafted wood furnishings. Each room includes air conditioning, a tea and coffee maker and has access to high-speed Wi-Fi.
Dining and Drinks
Sun Mountain Lodge features two restaurants. The Dining Room offers gourmet meals and views of the North Cascades, with dishes featuring locally sourced ingredients. It has received dining awards for over 55 years. Wolf Creek Bar & Grill is a family-friendly lounge serving comfort food with local wines and craft beers. Gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan menu options are available.
Leisure and Activities
Sun Mountain Lodge features an activities center with seasonal options such as mountain bikes, fly fishing trips, and horse riding. Location and Access
Sun Mountain Lodge is located on the eastern side of the Cascade Loop, near the North Cascade Highway. It lies close to the Twisp Farmer's Market. The North Cascades Visitor Center in Newhalem is nearby. For private pilots, the Methow Valley State Airport is close to Winthrop. Sun Mountain Lodge offers complimentary van service to and from the Methow Valley State Airport for groups of five or less.

Sun Mountain Lodge has a gift shop. The Adventures Shop offers equipment and expertise for guided fishing, river rafting, and trail advice. The lodge provides ADA-accessible guest rooms.
